Rex Powell was born and raised in Ocean City, New Jersey.  Mr. Powell attended law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated cum laude.  After graduating law school, Mr. Powell joined a law firm in Cape Coral, Florida, as an associate in the litigation department.  Mr. Powell then partnered with his current law firm, Burandt, Adamski, Grossman & Powell, practicing exclusively in the areas of consumer rights, foreclosure defense, and general civil litigation. 

Mr. Powell is licensed to practice in the state and Federal courts of Florida and New Jersey.
